Alice Braga

Alice Braga has worked in several Brazilian as well as American films and television shows. Being from a family that includes actors, it was only natural that she would enter acting from a young age. She first appeared in commercials as a young girl before gaining critical acclaim for her role in the Brazilian crime film 'City of God' which debuted in 2002. She received several international accolades for her work in the Brazilian thriller 'Lower city.' Braga also appeared in the English-language film 'Journey to the end of the night' (2006). Her international fame was boosted by working opposite Will Smith in the American post-apocalyptic horror film 'I Am Legend' (2007).
